The Importance of Individual Agility and Organizational Agility

I feel as the world is becoming faster paced and more complicated, the need to slow down and become more simple is going to become even more important. To me, leadership 10, 20, 30 years from now is going to rely a lot on our ability to not be reactive but work on our own consciousness so that we can respond to things rather than react to things. I think that's going to be one of our biggest challenges as humans. As things get faster, as things get more advanced, that we don't get even more stressed out or frazzled. We still take that time to remember we aren't robots, we are human beings.
