Is There a Cause or an Effect in NLP?

NLP is a great set of tools to put you at cause. Oh rather than effects. The identity cascade mic is basically a three-part statement that I made this up. It's not the spirituality slash mission top because we don't have access to that. But the top that we can control is the identity. So our people will say I'm an idiot or I'm lazy you're labeling yourself and when you do that you want to do it in an empowering way not in a disempowering way.
