Quadratic Voting and Quantum Mechanics

I would just love to hear you give people a little bit of background on quadratic voting and maybe here you want to lean also on the connections that you've discussed with Michael Friedman and Nicole Fabinger. One story I like to tell is about networks as a way of thinking and their role in sort of thinking and then technology of the 20th century. To me networks and you might call it complexity or I don't know what term you want to use exactly because most of these things aren't literally described by a flat graph or something like that. But I think they were really the fundamental idea of the20th century.
