What Happened in March?
The WHO, although nobody can see divination-wide lockdown, the report was the WHO published on February the 25th, 2020 after their visit to Wuhan made it clear that they completely supported the Chinese authority. So in a sense, that sets the ground rules for what happened then in early March. Then you have this kind of two-week period where most major Western European countries very quickly follow suit with Italy. The outlier is the UK and Sweden. And so you see how that's when the response starts to get hijacked by the technocrats which come to acquire even more power control than politicians.
