Being Mindful in Nature Is Good for Your Mental Health
Being mindful in nature is really good for your mental health. No phones absolutely no phones you've got to be present in that moment the phones usually come out when they want to take photographs don't they. Changes will take place even if you're looking at nature your bodies will know that's happening and you'll get those benefits but i think the constant kind of scrolling because you can walk and scroll and talk on your phone doesn't help.
