How to Take Care of Yourself
It's a good idea to check in with us each day and go hey how am I doing today? How am I feeling? What do I need? Where do I need help? Am I feeling a bit vulnerable? Do I need to have more connectivity with others? Well do actually I need to go inward a bit and reflect. It is important to have a self-care routine because if we don't we tend to rely on something external. We can only really take care of others when we have used at least one of our hands to take care of ourselves too.
