The Supreme Court's Injunction on Facebook

The injunction itself is jaw-boding because there's no possibility that a court can enjoy me and my private capacity as a hypothetical employee of DHS from going home and complaining to the neighbors about Facebook. The Supreme Court I think is very unlikely to be comfortable with something that effectively at some level is not only an extraordinary restriction on government speech and on individual speech, but also run some real risk of crippling the administrative state. It strikes me as an example of an extraordinarily over-broad, just literally impermissibly over-broad injunction that I think won't survive.
