Not everybody has hand-related disabilities. That does not exclude you from being a designer, I'm sure. There's still lots of wonderful things to do. The ways in which I do not know how the world works are effectively infinite. So if your experience is contradicting mine, I am quite happy to hear about them. And then please talk to me and tell me all the ways I'm wrong.

Matt Griffin shows us how empathy and sensitivity to the world around us is the key to great design. He teaches us how as a leader, the worst decision is no decision.
