How Do We Bring Policy and Design Closer Together?

The dance of policy creation is both proactive and reactive. Something happens technology is introduced into society, society reacts, then it reshapes the technology itself and then the policies have to change. So how does that happen in a space where everything is moving so fast? I think that's something that we're struggling with right now. It really doesn't you know an agency will issue an intent but there'd be useful stuff for you in the rest of the world as well.
