God's Existence Just Necessitates All of the Possible Things
Avicenna tries to derive all of the standard divine attributes from the notion of necessity. So for example, you might get a concept like omnipotence out of the fact that there's no other causal influence that's brought to bear on God. He thinks he can get them all out of the concept of necessity. But in any case, there does seem to be room for a worry here, which is that it looks like the whole process is very automatic.
