How Do You Balance Between Strategic and Execution?

I've always been like an ontropenureal guy, like starting things. I balance myself between two businesses, merely six lon winter. And i do feel frustrated in winter, where in other businessis early stage? O, there's less money and resources available. So it's not a journey i strongly recommend.
