Is There a Future for Nuclear?
Marco Teal: I was never very keen on nuclear. In fact, as I was working on my book on nuclear, I dug up an article I wrote in the year 2000. There had been a climate change conference from the UN. And over there, the nuclear industry was present and promoted nuclear energy as a means to tackle climate change. That just didn't fit my worldview at that time. But it's always interesting when people who have background in the environmental movement do end up coming to this issue. We're already seeing that intensify with the road that say climate activism has taken with people under 25.
