"I don't want to be the cowardly lion and just say, well, home prices have to come back down 19% for my model to work," he says. "You've got to look at the variables every single day and week and roll with it on a daily basis because things can change." The main difference is that the Federal Reserve has already got a lot of rate hikes into the system. But again, it's something that is much different than what we saw from the housing bubble crash where supply just skyrocketed before the job loss recession happened.
