Dickey: We've been in the last four or five thinking okay. What is the next step? What does it look like to go from two to five and I think what we've settled on and what we've realized is that it's not more leads. It's not better conversion, it's not better operations which we thought would be the answer but none of those are going to work. So again requires new thinking and that is how we settled on ghost riding being the next thing because we can clearly see okay. What would it take to get like it comes down to almost daily numbers. Dickey: The journey might not be linear, but it ends up working to your advantage.
