I think if Roger Federer went out and had three hours a day and he spent an hour of it hitting a ball against the wall, Roger Federer wouldn't be where he is today. If you're in the garden or wherever, there's no one else around, don't do it. Just go for it and love it. The minute you got someone else there, grab all of them and throw them to the ground because that's the game. That's what you would have to do. And actually, you've got something now that everyone would just go, I session well done.
