The Monolithic Decision Making Process
There are a lot of independent actors who have different motivations, different risk profiles. People say things, other people confirm them and then we get this stuff starts coming out. So I don't think I think it's I think anytime you start using they and you as a and you talk about some monolithic decision making process, you're probably going to be wrong 99.9% right. It's just never the case that that works.
