The Cultural Impact of Aging in Japan
In Japan, tension is quite a difficult thing to detect. There has been an increase in poverty and certainly among younger people, there is discontent. I think because of the labor shortage that comes with demographic change, the face of Japan will become much more female. Population change can be hard to predict, but with some luck and forward thinking, it's something with which we can cope.
