I was kind of aging out, I thought, because I hired a lot of young people. And the average age I was hiring was sub 30. It's like, they're doing tick talks and you have no idea what they're doing. That really spoke to me. So I kind of bullied my way onto her board. At the same time, I eased out,. I was easing out of point 72. I was like handing off my role to a variety of people.
