The Importance of Reflecting on Failure Stories

The team got a really clear sense of what their leader was capable of doing. I think it just overwhelmed his ability to adapt to it and he declined to go further with anyone on one coaching. He kind of blamed me a little bit for it, not working out well. The real, the leader really should have had some one-on-one coaching. We were trying to sort of use a retreat as a way to build a momentum to get into more of a robust coaching engagement.
