Devops - What's Your Definition?

i think every one thinks they're doing devops, or they're doing their version of devops. And so i think it's worth talking about defining whatsome, some standard things you can do. I know, i've worked with some companies the past where, you know, they hired a devops team and started working with them,. So that might be a good starting point.
