The Taliban and the u.s. Army
The taliban was not such a centralized sort of organization that removing one or two leaders is going to, is going to make them collapse. But the united states has basically been applying this strategy. They've been trying to sort of afranize their mission, which, of course, the soviets also tried to do by making avran army. The vran army was very, very dependent, always on american air strites. And none of these tactics really, or none of these strategies really worked because their overall rational for being in a honessid wasn't coherent.
