Teachers Are More Understanding of the Reality, Not the Demand

The team internally is far more demanding in terms of data and research because they're tasked with a difficult job of delivering impact. We actually find that teachers are, it's not less demand, they're more understanding of the reality. So we are, for what we do, it's everything. It means the world to us. From the teacher's point of view, we are one intervention as a part of the whole week. They understand that we're not going to deliver that one hour a week is a part of a bigger picture... And so I think sometimes we've been guilty in the past of trying to come up with overly complicated reporting.
