The FTC and the FTC - Is This a Poster Child for Bad Murder Review?

In 2015 Albertson's purchased Safeway which is a pretty significant pretty large brand. As part of the deal the FTC let it go through and required that Albertsons be off 169 or 168 stores. Most of those went to a regional grocery chain called Higgins, but within a year Higgins declared bankruptcy and sold 33 of the stores back to AlberTSon at a massive discount. One of my sources called it like a poster child for bad murder review because the FTC according to at least advocates and now Chair Lena Kahn made a mistake in letting Matilda through.
