The three main points in the phenomenology of school is there's age, teachers and pupils and full-time attendance. So I think he might be using phenomenology in just the terms of like day-to-day experience. He talks about how the idea of education at the moment is corrupted in these material forms of the school. And if you go through the process of coming to a better educational system, these ideas will be fulfilled if we do school society, if we take away the corrupt material forms of what it's doing.
