Are Human Footprints Rich in Anatomical Detail?
The anatomical detail that we can see is clearly that of barefoot human beings. Individuals have very widespread toes, which is something that you can see very clearly in these particular prints. We're cooking up this experimental project where we'll have students invent sort of various kinds of primitive footwear and then walk on a landscape. That's amazing and really exciting for the future.
