One area where you do find some daylight between the most maga dihards, the real true believers and somewhat more conventional republicans is over foreign policy in general. A very small number of republican electeds voted against a package of aid for ukraine, and those tended to be the most trumpy, isolationist, populis electeds. I think what happened was an outbreak of sentiment in favor of ucranians defending themselves against this brutal asion. And i thought there ould be more resistance from the kind of trumpes types in the republican party who might follow em were trumpy in line.
