The king's youngest sister, Caroline Matilda, had just crashed and burned as the queen of Denmark. So no, George and Charlotte were super weary of putting a daughter in that kind of situation. It was sort of way easier to focus on the youngest children who were still in their sweet phases. The elder daughters were at marriageable ages by the royal standards at the time.
