So basically a, again, using the example of someone go to your web side, basically you're putting the cossumer journey as a sequence. Maybe some action, for example, i sign up. It's important. I want to kind of carry on this information. And maybe i click on some other random help stuff. It's irrelevant. Maybe a, using the n l p framework, you know, tm, i can kind of forget this action. and then have this type of em you know, more better process information. Then fiet into the recommendation engine, or the reinforcement learning.
