I'm really excited to most people go after the roots I was just learning that the stocks when peeled are not fibrous at all. Young stocks they're like starchy and uh are great in like soups and stews you can use them like a potato or turn it whatnot so oh that's awesome now I'll definitely go do that this year. there's I think I think their birdock gets bigger and it's a little bit more tender than something growing in the wild sometimes um but yeah I know I'm excited about trying some of these new plants too.
