Sally Kohn: All banks would be subject to a run because they're not keeping so much money in liquid, you know, funds that if all their depositors come, they give it back. She says Silicon Valley bank's positioning was pretty unusual for its type of clientele. Kohn: They had this acute exposure to tech and the booms and busts of that whole area where they really operated more than other banks.
