How to Create a Programme for Cross Fitters
Yelic was inspired by a trainer he found named vince geronda, who was an o g legendary trainer. The first book we wrote was my rehab programme fror back surgery. And i could see the idea of creating metaboic stress in muscles and so it wasn't like dumbbells and barbells just to be able to train you know without messing up your spine. So i started to do there just to be more functional with the time under tension and volume of training. It matches up well with everything i was learning from brad a brad shonk on kneading kettlebells or doing bicep curls for 30 seconds at a time
