Aubrey: I think our education system maybe teaches us that we should just dig in and learn everything. A lot of people get stuck in this mindset of sort of categorizing things, she says. Aubrey: We can adjust our outlook and realize that if we ask or if we get help from others, a lot of those things actually are possible for us.
