Lik i really cared about the work that i did. The most successful o agencies are very good at sales and marketing, and not very good at deliverables. Sometimes they' better off working for themselves on their own projects. It's a lot less stressful. I think also in the o side, when you are doing like link building and you're doing content, there's a lot of anxiety around there. And so every one at the agency was never going on terms.
