The Myth of Inana

I came across the myth of Inana where she goes down into the underworld to meet her hurt and angry sister. I lived with it for about two years, not really fully understanding it but gradually finding how it related to my practice. Because of old trauma and injury, we have pushed outwards. We don't live fully in our bodies anymore. The expectation I think is the destructive side but accepting it as it is and letting it know in your own way. Sometimes with internal words or just with feeling that you understand that part of you is in trouble and that you intend to be there totally for it.
