What Do You Think About Shamanism?

Bob Greene: Gnosticism is more of a metaphysical orientation or you can compare it to shamanism. The shamanism is a spiritual modality that attaches itself to Mongols and the lamb and different groups, then spread down into the Middle East. Some have said even Buddhism is kind of sort of this parasitic religion that can just fit into Chinese Japanese. What does this do with shamanism I don't know because one big question remaining for me with narcissism is what sort of transformative experience did people have?
