The Differences Between MVP and Growth Design Processes
Growth design differs a little from the traditional product design process, I would say. As you're going through the double diamond method or kind of design thinking, when it comes to growth design, that iteration is almost a lot quicker and more erratic even because you're shipping,. Testing, maybe you're releasing to like 10%, seeing how it goes, releasing to 50%, 100%. And so there's a lot of tweaking throughout that process that happens.
