The Origins of the BC Student Movement
The BC student movement was really founded in Durban. Avram Tyro Ti-Haro is the first Black South African to be assassinated abroad by the defense forces. Munto Miesa, Nefla Fowdwe, Pandalani, Satskupa, Strini Nudli were all active there. Some of them meet the ANC in exile and wind up going into the ANC. Others maintain a resolutely anti-Anc politics,. something far more radical.
