Sheila foam has bought a 95% stake in rival mattress maker Curlorn. The acquisition is part of the company's ambitious expansion plan. Sheila foams Forte will now control 40% of the branded mattress market. It also sells comfort foam that other manufacturers can use in pillows and furniture.
