Arsenal and Tottenham

Earlier this seas, both arsenal and tottenham were clearly below average primior league teams. Arsenal have now gone on a very hot run in the league, which is brought them up to being an average to above average from your league. Team totton have gone on a much more successful run but are still not playing like fourth place team. No obvious fourth place tame exists. And so we can talk a little bit about how much we think what change at arsenal and totenam over the last month is real, and on top of whether it's real or sustainable.
