The Dangers of Radiation in the Exclusion Zone
Herman is a biologist who studies amphibians. Infibians are like the canaries in the cold mine when it comes to pollution and environmental degradation, cause they're super sensitive. Herman was looking at how radiation was affecting amphibians in the exclusion zone of Chernobyl. In particular he was studying a type of frog called the Eastern Tree Frog. Is one of those small frogs green, I always said like, like, Kermit the Frog. It's a classic frog, green frog.
