As a helmet Trish I was playing for Belfast and Christchurch. He wasn't in a relationship or a serious relationship with anyone at the time. So not even since he was our manager, came to see me and said look my sister in the corner and I said oh can you show me who she is? so we stuck around and he pointed out Trish to me and I said yeah she looks alright, she looks like a really nice girl so I asked her out. It was a bright line date and I had to borrow my old mates 1956 DeSoto to go and pick her up because I'd done it in the car and the gearbox was down by the door
