Roe v. Wade on the Brink of Extinction
Bloomberg Law
00:00
Supreme Court
Most people felt that the court now had enough votes to at least radically limit roverss wade. Chief justice roberts, i think, still believed deeply in the integrity of the court and is worried about the reputation of the court as being just a political body. But it seems he's lost control of the court - embodied most prominently by justice oledo who manifests a kind of anger and injudicious behavior. It's quite difficult to know how the court will respond to this thorized leak of a draft opinion. We don't have really much evidence from the past to go on of what they will do.
