Failure demand is the demand that's put on your service or organization as a result of failures you've made elsewhere in your customer experience. The best example being someone phones up your contacts sent to the speak to you, they're not happy with the answer that they've been given. So they phone up again. One client we worked with recently, and we found that 33% of all the phone calls that they were having into their contacts enter were people phoning up again the same day.
