Jealousy and envy are unhelpful, destructive emotions. You're harming the relationship that you have with the person you want to gossip with as soon as you engaginli gossip is passive, aggressive. So if you engage in gossip with someone, essentially what you do as, even if the person engages in gossip with you, you now loer in that person's estimation. And then a week later, you feel this guilt or a sense of shame, or you you feel lacking in wort. But it's all ka to have them initially, because you're a fallible human being.
