How to Avoid Low UX Mature Companies

The product manager role doesn't involve as much of this sort of UX stuff that I still like. So for me, the goal was to find a company that valued UX but had a low UX maturity so I could do a bit about that. You took your time and it's funny because you mentioned you only applied to what seven roles you said or you heard back from seven. It's not hard to find someone who knows someone, even if you don't.
