Weigh too many to apply at one time. We don't need to change everything about our lives all at once. It's ok for us to hear about an idea that would be good for us, but then not implement it. If you're spreading yourself thin by trying lots of new things, you're less likely to cement those new habits. And i'm going to be hesitant about using current here, because if we're not actually dedicating time to something, it's never going to get off the ground anyway. I can't even act on all the ideas i present in this podcast.
