The Importance of a Worldview
James Sire has a huge conversion in naming the elephant where he says, my definition of worldview was too intellectualistic and rationalistic. I think there's a lot of kind of parallels and similarities there that I'm interested in digging in on. Now again, what's interesting is that, as you'll know, philosophers like Jamie Smith have been very kind of squat, sometimes quite scathing about worldview thinking. But it's still an important concept because at the end of the day, it is about we're made to worship,. And the way we answer these perennial questions is what we can call world view.
