I think how aligned with you clients are. I think that agencies will be very surprised as to how aligned clients want to be. And if you can spend time agreeing, we have this great thing which was very successful for us at D.O.K.W called Shared Agenda. We actually spent time to go offsite with the client and create a shared agenda. So within that you would uncover all these sort of really interesting sort of client fixations.
