The Fed's Reserve Problem
The lines were because the online system had shut down, so the problem was that mobile banking didn't shut down. That was the Fed's reserve problem. The second point is that I don't think it was a failure of the Fed to reserve. But what had happened in the weeks leading up to the demise of Signature and SVB is that the brethren banks, the peer groups said we are all confronted with these financing issues.
