How to Create a Beacon for Your Organization

A beacon is a prototype. It has the express purpose of being a shiny light that's going to rally. Often you are having to prototype your way to a successful beacon, creating all sorts of different ways in which we could have delivered meds to sort of local residents. We had to prototype quite a bit until we got to the outcome that could really act as a beacon for the organization.
